The 180 Project is a Christian based organisation, inspired and motivated by the life, teaching and example of Jesus. This informs our values and how we practice. We gently inspire a curiosity in faith, offering support and community without pressure or expectation, while also helping individuals explore other faiths if they wish. We simply walk with people as they overcome their challenges, providing encouragement and companionship on their journey.

Research shows that faith makes a difference in prevention and recovery. Statistics illustrate the significant impact of faith in lowering the risks of mental health, addictive & self-destructive behaviours.

ALPHA COURSE

An 11-week course that creates a space where people can explore and ask questions about faith, life and God

PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE GROUPS

Weekly groups using Pastor Rick Warrens teachings to understand God’s plan and what life is all about.

FAITH FITNESS FRIENDSHIP

Monthly, we run our Faith and Fitness events; combining thanks and praise with a sweaty workout. Our CrossFit-style sessions serve as a gateway to deeper conversations about identity, purpose, and faith. In March 2022 we became a partner with FaithRXD which is a global CrossFit Faith community. We are now a ‘Chapter’ alongside CrossFit Boxes in over 80 cities across 9 countries.

180 VALUES

We are inspired and motivated by the 180 Values, they drive our belief that each human being is equally important, has intrinsic God-given worth and is uniquely valuable. Our values guide everything that we do.

  • A commitment to treat and value everyone equally, respecting differences

  • A commitment to transparent, honest, and open relationships, and a working through of differences

  • A deep sense of hope that things can change and be transformed, and that people can come to fulfil their God-given potential

  • A commitment to promoting reconciliation, between individuals, families, and communities

  • An intention to be a blessing, graciously reaching out to others

  • A commitment to working for justice, working to protect the vulnerable, provide for those in need, being biased in favour of the disadvantaged
