How it works...
At 180 we do things differently; we meet people where they are at, only asking them to show up and try hard. In return we provide the opportunities for people to become the best version of themselves.
The project provides an environment for sustainable behavioural change. We take a holistic approach providing structure and routine whilst teaching participants to set and achieve personal goals.

Attend the gym and workout in a team 3 x per week
Men’s sessions - 09:30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Women’s sessions - 12:15pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Attend weekly emotional and mental resilience workshops
Receive one to one Counselling to overcome negative thought patterns, behaviour and/or trauma
Become part of a forever community where they feel a sense of belonging
Give back... helping and mentoring new participants to gain and sustain recovery
Become the best version of themselves, fulfil their potential and make a valuable contribution to society
There is no end point to 180. People can remain a part of it for as long as they wish to. Eventually they are given the opportunity to join our mainstream gym [CrossFit DeltaFox] at a reduced price and they will always be welcome as a community member.
